This Privacy Policy describes how BizEntry LLC (“BizEntry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit bizentry.us (the “Site”), use our products and services (including business formation, EIN/ITIN assistance, bank onboarding facilitation, electronic signature, and U.S. mail services) (collectively, the “Services”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access the Site or use the Services.


1) Who we are and scope

BizEntry LLC provides business formation and U.S. business support services for founders and companies. This Policy applies to information we process as a controller (e.g., your account data, billing, marketing) and, where applicable, as a processor/service provider on behalf of our customers (e.g., documents and signer data processed through our e‑signature or mailing workflows). When we act as a processor, we process personal information under our customer’s instructions and our data processing agreements; in such cases, our customer’s privacy policy governs.

2) Personal information we collect

A. Information you provide directly

  • Identifiers & contact details: name, email, phone number, mailing address.
  • Account & profile: username, passwords, preferences, support tickets.
  • Business information: company name, formation state, ownership/manager details, business addresses, registered agent information.
  • Government & identity data (where required): date of birth, taxpayer identifiers (e.g., EIN/ITIN), scans of IDs or proofs of address for KYC/AML and bank onboarding.
  • Payment information: billing address and transaction details (cards are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Documents & content: contracts, forms, and other files you upload for e‑signature, mailing, or compliance filings; signer names, emails, and other data you choose to include.
  • Communications: emails, chat messages, phone recordings (if you call us), survey responses.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Usage & log data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, browser and device information, IP address, language, and similar diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: to keep you signed in, remember settings, analyze usage, and (if enabled) deliver or measure ads. See Cookies & Tracking below.

C. Information from third parties

  • Vendors and partners: identity verification providers, payment processors, analytics, email and SMS providers, marketing partners.
  • Public and government sources: business registries and postal operators (e.g., to confirm addresses or filing details).
  • Banks and financial institutions (when you instruct us): limited status or reference data to facilitate bank onboarding.

Your responsibility for third‑party data. If you provide us with personal information of others (e.g., signers, recipients, business owners), you represent that you have a lawful basis to do so and that you have provided appropriate privacy notices where required.

3) How we use personal information

  • Provide and secure the Services: create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process transactions and documents, generate audit trails, route mail, and ensure platform security.
  • Compliance & risk: verify identities, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (e.g., KYC/AML, recordkeeping), enforce agreements.
  • Customer support: answer questions, troubleshoot, and provide updates.
  • Improve and develop: analyze usage, test features, and enhance performance.
  • Marketing & communications: send service notices and, where permitted, promotional messages; personalize content; measure campaign performance.
  • Business operations: accounting, auditing, and corporate governance.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: contract (to provide the Services you request), legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud), consent (e.g., for certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation (e.g., tax, KYC/AML).

5) How we disclose personal information

  • Service providers/Processors: cloud hosting, payment processing, identity verification, analytics, email/SMS delivery, customer support, and similar vendors who process data under contracts and confidentiality obligations.
  • Transaction/Delivery partners: postal and shipping carriers, banks/financial institutions (when you instruct us), e‑signature trust service providers, registered agents and filing services.
  • Professional advisors: lawyers, auditors, insurers, accountants.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety of BizEntry, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide required opt‑outs.

6) International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process your information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7) Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and corporate recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention periods include:

  • Account, billing, and compliance records: up to 7 years after account closure.
  • E‑signature envelopes, audit trails, and mailing logs: typically 2–7 years (or longer if you or applicable law require).
  • Marketing records: until you opt out or for the period permitted by law.

We may anonymize data for analytics or product improvement and retain it indefinitely.

8) Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Your choices

  • Cookies & tracking: manage preferences through our cookie banner (where available) or your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
  • Marketing communications: unsubscribe via the link in our emails or contact us. You will still receive transactional or service messages.

10) Your privacy rights

A. California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know and access specific pieces and categories of personal information we collect, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share (we do not sell/share), and limit use of sensitive personal information (we only use SPI for necessary purposes such as identity verification, compliance, or providing the Services). You may exercise these rights by contacting us (see Contact). We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification.

B. Other U.S. states (e.g., CO, CT, UT, VA)

Residents of certain states may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. You can exercise these rights via our contact methods below. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our denial with “Appeal” in the subject line.

C. EEA/UK

Subject to exceptions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

11) Cookies & tracking

We use the following categories of cookies/technologies:

  • Strictly necessary: essential for login, security, and core functionality.
  • Performance/analytics: help us understand Site usage to improve Services.
  • Functional: remember preferences.
  • Advertising (if enabled): measure campaigns and deliver relevant content.

You can control cookies via your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie preferences tool. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals; we do not respond to DNT at this time.

12) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.

13) Third‑party links & integrations

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

14) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in‑product notice.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose SPI for purposes other than those permitted by §1798.121.

17) Controller, processor & sub‑processors

When we act as a controller, BizEntry determines the purposes and means of processing. When we act as a processor/service provider to a customer, we process personal information solely on their documented instructions and subject to a data processing agreement. A list of our sub‑processors is available upon request.

This Policy is intended to provide transparent information about our practices. It does not create contractual or legal rights beyond those existing under applicable laws and our agreements with you.
